Cubed . . .

The new issue of Workers Write! More Tales from the Cubicle is now here. You can order a copy below.

Call for Submissions...

Issue eleven of Workers Write! will be Tales from the Coliseum and will contain stories and poems from workers in the sports industry.

We're looking for fiction about sportscasters, scouts, referees and umpires, agents, front office employees, vendors, groundskeepers, trainers, and even athletes - as long as the tale is about the "job" of sports.

Your stories can be about "the Game" but not a recounting of a particular game. We don't want sports stories; we want work stories that come from the sports world. Drop us a line if you have a question.

The deadline for submissions is
Dec. 31, 2014 (or until the issue is full).

Submit your stories via e-mail to:, or send a hard copy to:

Blue Cubicle Press
P.O. Box 250382
Plano, TX 75025-0382

Word count: 500 to 5,000 words
Payment: Between $5 and $50 (depending on length and rights requested). We will consider previously published material.
